Do I need a code?

No code is needed for the sale offers. Choose your pack on its product page and add it to your cart.

Can I use a discount code or my Amazing Points?

Discount codes, including welcome, referral and loyalty reward codes, can't be used with sale offers. You'll still earn Amazing Points on sale orders, but points can't be redeemed on them.

What is the difference between pack gifts and order gifts?

Pack gifts come with the offer you choose. Order gifts are extras you can unlock when your order reaches a qualifying spend.

How do I claim my order gifts?

In Australia, the $99 and $149 order-gift tiers unlock a 125ml Daily Spray and, at the higher tier, a 125ml Sleep Lotion too. If you see a Claim button in your cart, tap it before checkout.

Check your gift lines show $0 before you pay. Gifts are available while stocks last.

What counts toward the spend tiers?

Your product subtotal after savings and before shipping. Free products do not count toward the qualifying spend.

Can I mix offers?

Yes. You can shop eligible offers together; your paid products count toward any qualifying order gifts.

What happens if I change my cart?

Your gifts depend on the items and qualifying spend remaining in your cart. Check the gift lines and final total before you pay.

Is there a limit?

Free gifts are limited to 10 per product per customer. We may cancel or adjust orders that look like bulk or resale buying.

Does the sale apply outside Australia?

Yes, in every country we ship to. Gift and shipping thresholds are shown in your local currency in the cart. Wholesale and stockist accounts are excluded.

I have a subscription. Does the sale change it?

No. Your subscription keeps running at its usual price and schedule. To get sale offers, place a separate one-off order. New subscriptions aren't available during the sale.

When does the sale run?

From Wednesday 28 October 2026 at 7:00am to Wednesday 11 November 2026 at 11:59pm, Brisbane time (AEST), while stocks last.

I ordered just before the sale. Can you adjust my price?

Sorry, we can't. Sale offers apply only to orders placed during the sale, and we can't adjust orders placed before it starts or after it ends.

Can I change my order after placing it?

We can't amend sale orders once they're placed. Email hello@amazingyou.com as early as possible and we'll do what we can, but with high order volumes we can't promise a change.

When will my order ship?

We aim to dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. During the sale it may take a little longer.

Can I return a sale item?

Yes, our refund policy applies. If you return part of a Buy 1 Get 1 Free or Buy 2 Get 1 Free offer, every item in that offer needs to come back unused.
