Our Current Offers & The Nitty-Gritty
We're not big on endless, confusing sales.
But sometimes, we like to put together a special offer to help you stock up on your favourites, or maybe to give you a gentle nudge to try something you've been curious about. We believe this stuff should be accessible.
Here's where you'll find the clear, simple details on any offers we're running right now. No confusing small print, just the facts.
Our Current Offers
(This section will be updated as offers go live)
Email & SMS Welcome Offer
- When: This is an ongoing offer.
- How it works: When you sign up using a dedicated popup for our emails or texts for the first time, we'll send you a special one-off discount code.
- The nitty-gritty: This one's just for new friends, so it can only be used once. It's not valid if you're already on our list. The code can't be stacked with other offers (like loyalty points, subscriptions, or site-wide sales) and doesn't apply to bundles or gift cards.
A Few Things That Always Apply
These are the general rules for any promotion we run, just so everything is clear and simple.
- One-at-a-time, please: Our checkout can only handle one discount code at a time. This means you can't 'stack' a discount code (like your welcome offer) on top of your loyalty points in the same order. If you've got two, just pick the one that works best for you. If a big offer is running without a code (like a free gift that just appears in your cart), you can usually use your loyalty code on top.
- Using a discount code: If your offer has a code, just pop it into the "Discount code or gift card" box when you're at the checkout. You'll see the price update straight away.
-
Thresholds for Gifts or Free Shipping: We love being able to offer perks like free shipping or a free gift when you spend a certain amount. We just want to be really clear on how the checkout calculates this, so there are no surprises.
- The threshold (e.g., "Free Shipping over $99") always refers to your product subtotal. This is the total cost of your items after any discount codes have been applied, and before the shipping fee is added.
- Example 1 (Using a discount): Let's say the offer is Free Shipping over $99. Your cart subtotal is $130, but you apply a $35 discount code. Your new product subtotal is now $95. Because $95 is under the $99 threshold, your order wouldn't qualify for the free shipping.
- Example 2 (The shipping fee): Again, the offer is Free Shipping over $99. Your cart subtotal is $93. The shipping fee might be $9, bringing your final total to $102. But because your product subtotal ($93) is still under $99, the free shipping won't apply.
-
Returning promotional items: Our regular returns policy always applies. But if your order had a discount, here’s how it works:
- Discounted items: If you return an item you bought on sale, your refund will be for the price you actually paid for it.
- Bundles: If you bought a 'bundle' (like 'Buy 3, save 20%'), you'll need to return all the items in that bundle for a full refund.
- Gifts with purchase: If you got a free gift with your order, you'll need to send the gift back along with the item you're returning to get a full refund. We also need the free gift to be in its original, unused condition (the same as the item you're returning).
- What's not included: Unless we've specifically said so, our offers and discount codes can't be applied to gift cards or shipping costs.
- Things can change: We're a small, family-run Australian company. Sometimes we have to make changes to our offers. We reserve the right to modify or cancel a promotion at any time, but we'll always do our best to be fair and clear about it.
- We're human, and sometimes our website has a little slip-up. Occasionally, a savvy customer finds a 'hack' or a glitch that gives a bigger discount than we intended. (True story: one time, someone placed 300 orders for a free product we thought was hidden!). We reserve the right to modify or cancel an order if something like this happens. It's not something we like to do, but we've got to have it here just in case.
