Our 30-Day "Try It & See" Guarantee
If you've tried one of our products and it's just not for you, that's completely okay. You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
We created this guarantee so you can try our products with peace of mind.
How It Works
- Email us first: To start the process, please send an email to hello@amazingyou.com with your order number.
- Let's chat: When you get in touch, we'll ask a few quick questions about your experience. This isn't to be difficult; it's because our first priority is to help. We've found that sometimes a simple tip (like applying to damp skin instead of dry) can make all the difference, and we'd love to help you find what works before you go to the trouble of a return.
- Post it back: If we can't find a way to make the product work for you, we'll give you the return address. You'll be responsible for the cost of posting the item back to us.
- Get your refund: Once we receive the return, we'll inspect it and process your refund for the cost of the item itself.
What if My Order Arrives Damaged or Incorrect?
We're so sorry if this happens. We pack everything with care, but sometimes the journey is a bit rough.

Here's the one thing we ask:
Please send us a quick photo of the damaged item and the delivery box it came in within 48 hours of it arriving. This helps us understand what went wrong and sort it out with our delivery partners.
Once we see what's happened, we'll get a replacement sent out to you free of charge. If we need you to send the damaged item back, we'll absolutely cover the postage for that.
The Nitty-Gritty (The Finer Details)
Here are a few extra things you should know.
- How Refunds Work: When we process your refund (for either a guarantee or a faulty item), you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. We will notify you by email as soon as it's done.
- Shipping Costs: We don't refund the original shipping and handling fees you paid on your order. The refund will be for the cost of the product(s) only, see "Sale Items" below if there were any promotional items.
- "Return to Sender": If a package is returned to us because it wasn't picked up from the post office, was refused, or had an incorrect address provided, we cannot refund the original shipping costs. We also reserve the right to deduct any 'return to sender' fees we get charged from your final refund.
- Sale Items: For any items bought on sale, please see our Promotional Terms page, as additional rules may apply.
- Exchanges & Change of Mind: Because our products are consumables (and some are listed medicines), we can't offer exchanges or 'change of mind' returns once an item has shipped. Safety and quality are things we can't compromise on. But please still get in touch. We'll listen and do everything we can to help find a solution for you.

Refund Timelines: We'll let you know as soon as we've received and inspected your return. Once received, we'll process the refund within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some extra time for your bank or credit card company to process it on their end.

For Our Friends in the European Union
If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have a legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
This is a separate "cooling off" period. To be eligible, your item must be in the exact same condition you received it: unworn or unused, and in its original, sealed packaging. You'll also need your proof of purchase.
