Cancellation policy

We designed our subscriptions to make your life easier. It's a simple way to make sure you get your favourite products on a regular schedule, so you never have to worry about running out.

Here’s how it works in plain English, with no confusing small print.

How Subscriptions Work

  • You're in control: When you subscribe, you choose the delivery frequency that works for you (usually every 1, 2, or 3 months).
  • The perks: As a thank you for being a subscriber, you'll often receive a discount, free shipping, or other offers like a free gift. (Just a heads-up, our regular Promotional Terms still apply).
  • Simple, secure billing: Your payment details are stored securely. You'll be charged automatically for each delivery as it's processed.
  • Continuous service: To make sure you're never left waiting, all our subscriptions auto-renew. They will continue until you choose to pause or cancel.
  • Shipping hint: If you modify your subscription to be over $99 AUD - excluding shipping fees (even if you change your delivery from, say, every 1 month to 3 months) – you will avoid shipping fees on your recurring orders.

How to Cancel, Pause, or Change Your Subscription

This is the most important part: you can cancel or change your subscription at any time.

We've made it as easy as possible, and you have two simple ways to do it:

1. The Self-Serve Portal (The Fastest & Easiest Way)

This is the best way to manage your subscription 24/7, as your changes are instant.

  • How to find it: You can log in directly at Amazing You Account.
  • You can also find a direct "Manage Subscription" link in your original order confirmation email.
  • From here, you can cancel, pause, skip a delivery, change your address, or update your products.
  • Timing: You can make changes this way at any time, right up until your next order is scheduled to renew.

2. By Contacting Our Team (We're Here to Help)

If you get stuck, our team is always here to help. Just send an email to hello@amazingyou.com.

  • A quick heads-up on timing: If you email us, we need at least 5 business days notice before your next renewal date. We're a real team handling these manually, and we need that time to find your account and process the change.
  • What if my renewal is sooner? If your renewal is less than 5 business days away, please use the self-serve portal. This is the only way to guarantee your change is made in time. If you email us within this 5-day window, we won't be able to stop the order from being processed, and it cannot be refunded for this reason.

Our Right to Cancel

Occasionally, we may need to cancel a subscription. This usually only happens if a product is discontinued, is out of stock, or if a payment fails. If this happens, we will, of course, contact you straight away to let you know.

Our Right to Delay or Adjust

When we are running low on stock, we reserve an amount to look after our subscribers. However, in the rare instance where we are unable to fulfil your subscription order, we may need to delay or modify the order. This is done with full transparency, and you'll be notified in advance via email. Note you have the ability to modify or cancel your subscription at anytime.

Returns & Refunds
