I use this

This would have to be the best Magnesium spray I ever tried great for restless legs syndrome, my husband has got osteoporosis among a long of other things has huge amount of pain killers, I finally talked him into letting me spray hus back with him saying it won't help. 4hrs later he called me and asked for another spray it actually helped him .I told his doctor he has so many people asking him about restless legs he asked me for the name so I gave it to him and told him where they can get it from great stuff the best great to see my husband with eased pain even if it only for a couple of hours
