The Amazing You Magnesium Bath Flakes are the best. While dealing with muscle discomfort a soak in the bath with these flakes along with a cup of tea, a book and a lit candle is pure relaxation. I love this lotion! I use it every night on my feet and legs. I love the smell and the non-greasy feel. I keep the bottle next to me in the lounge for when I put my feet up. The only thing is I wish it came in a much larger bottle, because I've nearly finished the one I have already. I'll have to order two bottles next time.
