How do I start a subscription?
On any product page, choose Subscribe & Save instead of one-time purchase, pick how often you'd like it, and check out as normal. Your subscription is created with that order.
What frequencies can I choose?
Every 1, 3 or 6 months. You can change it later from your account without starting a new subscription.
How do I skip or pause a delivery?
Log in to your account, open the subscription and either skip the next order or move the date. If you've got more stock than you need, pushing the date out is usually better than cancelling.
Can I change products or sizes?
Yes. Swap the product, change the size, or add another item to the same subscription from your account.
How do I cancel?
Cancel yourself in your account at any time, with no fee and no minimum number of orders. If you'd rather email us at hello@amazingyou.com, please give us at least five business days before your renewal date, because those changes are processed manually.
Do discount codes work on subscriptions?
Generally not. The subscription discount can't be stacked with promotional codes or other offers. See our promotional terms for the full detail.
When am I charged?
Once at checkout for the first order, then automatically on each renewal date. Your renewal date is shown in your account, and any change you make there applies to the next charge.
Do recurring orders ship free?
Recurring orders over $99, excluding shipping, ship free. If you're close to it, moving to a less frequent, larger delivery is often the cheaper way to subscribe.
What if something is out of stock?
We'll get in touch before your renewal and either hold the order until stock arrives or swap it for something comparable, whichever you'd prefer.
