Do I have to use Afterpay?

Not at all. It is called Afterpay Day, but the sale applies to every payment method we accept.

Do I need a discount code?

No. The 30% comes off automatically when you get to the checkout. If you have arrived at the checkout and the prices have not moved, try returning to the product page or emptying your cart and starting again - and if it still is not working, contact us and we will sort it out.

When does the sale start and finish?

It starts at 5:00pm AEST on 4 August and finishes at 11:59pm AEST on 15 August 2026. 

Are there any exclusions?

Bundles and subscriptions are the main two. Bundles are already discounted as a package, so the 30% does not apply on top of them, and subscription orders keep running at their existing subscriber price rather than switching to the sale price. Gift cards and any items already marked down are also excluded. Everything else in the range is included.

Can I use my loyalty points?

Not on this one. Loyalty points cannot be used in conjunction with the sale, and no offer can be combined with another offer. Your points are not going anywhere though - they will still be sitting there when the sale finishes on the 15th.

Can I stack this with my welcome code or another discount?

No. Our checkout accepts one discount per order, and because the 30% is applied automatically it will take the place of any code you try to enter. If you have a welcome code you would rather use, it will still be valid after the sale ends.

I have a subscription. Do I get 30% off my next order?

Your subscription will process as normal at your usual subscriber price. If you want the sale price, place a separate one-off order through the website. It is worth checking the maths either way - for some products your ongoing subscriber discount plus free shipping works out better than a one-off sale order, and for others the 30% wins.

How do the free gifts work?

They are added automatically at the checkout as your cart passes each threshold - you do not need to add them yourself or enter anything. Each tier includes the ones below it, so an order over $129 arrives with the Sleep Gel, the Ugly Bits Stick and free shipping (Australia only).

Is the $79 threshold before or after the discount?

After. We work the thresholds out on your product subtotal once the 30% has come off, and before shipping is added. So a cart sitting at $99 before the discount comes down to around $69 and would fall just under the $79 tier. If you are close to a threshold at the checkout, adding one more item will usually tip you over.

Does shipping count towards the threshold?

No, thresholds are on products only.

The thing I want is sold out. Will you restock it during the sale?

If your favourite product is sold out - unfortunately it won't be restocked prior to the sale ending and we can't offer the same pricing on future orders.

I placed an order just before the sale started. Can I get the discount?

Get in touch with us. If it was within a day or two of the sale beginning and your order has not shipped yet, we will do our best to look after you.

Can I return something I bought on sale?

Yes, our normal returns policy applies. Your refund will be for the price you actually paid rather than the full retail price. If your order came with a free gift and returning items takes the rest of your order below that threshold, we will ask for the gift back unused, or deduct its value from your refund.

Is free shipping available outside Australia?

The free shipping threshold depends on your location and are visible once you add something to the cart. International orders still get the full 30% off, and standard international shipping rates apply. Please also note that orders over $300 AUD going internationally, or over $500 AUD within Australia, may need us to arrange custom freight - we will contact you directly if that is the case.

Does the sale apply at stockists or in pharmacies?

No, this is an online offer through amazingyou.com only.
