What's the difference?
Magnesium Flakes (chloride) look similar to Epsom Salts but they are not exactly the same. A key difference between Epsom Salt and Magnesium Chloride Flakes is the rate of absorption into the body. The molecular structure of Magnesium Chloride is much more easily absorbed into the body than that of Epsom Salt (these are a much larger molecule).
If you are looking for detox, relaxation and softening your skin then this is the right bath product for you. If you are looking for deeper muscle relaxation and boosting your magnesium levels, you may be better off looking for a magnesium 'chloride' product.
