The exact amount of magnesium you need is dependent on a number of factors like your age, gender and lifestyle. To maintain optimal levels, the average person will need to apply 8-10 sprays of our Sensitive Magnesium Spray a day.
We recommend you apply 4-5 sprays to your upper body in the morning to help energise, and the same to your lower body in the evening for relaxation. Additionally, apply it as needed throughout the day when symptoms arise. There’s no need to wash our Sensitive Magnesium Spray off, just don’t forget to rub it in well for the best results.

How much elemental magnesium is in this?

What is the 'oil' in the product?
While commonly referred to as 'Magnesium Oil' this liquid contains no oil. It was originally nicknamed 'Magnesium Oil' due to the slightly thicker-than-water texture.
If you experience any reactions such as tingling or irritation; apply to damp skin (or over a light moisturiser) for the first week. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. This product contains sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate.

How to Apply

I have this one for myself and young child. Applied every night before bed it helps us both get a good solid sleep.
I have noticed the difference in using it but if I miss it , Im waking up during the night, so its definitely something I need!
