Apply 2-3 pumps into the palm of your hand and massage into the affected area as often as required. Rub in well for best results.

You can also apply 2-3 pumps to your upper body, chest and arms anytime during the day to assist mind relaxation.

How long will a bottle last?

The 125ml contains approximately 65 pumps. Used daily (2-3 pumps / day) the bottle will last ~1 month.

The 200ml contains approximately 100 pumps. Used daily (2-3 pumps  / day) the bottle will last ~6 weeks.

How much elemental magnesium is in this?

For those of you who love the details, 2-3 pumps of this product delivers ~100mg of elemental magnesium. However, it is important to remember this is not directly comparable to oral supplements. You must always consider the bio-availability & absorption rate of the type of magnesium you're taking. 

Will this product make me itchy?

Our Joint Lotion is one of our gentler products, so it’s a lot less likely to cause the tingly sensation associated with magnesium deficiency. However, if you have particularly sensitive skin, we would recommend slowly introducing it into your routine so your body has time to adjust. 

If you experience any reactions such as tingling or irritation; apply to damp skin (or over a light moisturiser) for the first week. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. This product contains sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate.

This product needs to be stored below 25'C in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight.
