How to Choose
Both drinks start with magnesium, but they’re made for two very different parts of your day. One helps you feel switched on, the other helps you switch off. If you’re not sure which one’s for you, here’s where we’d start.

What’s the difference between Daily and Nightly?
Think of them as your AM and PM magnesium. Daily is made with magnesium citrate and pre and probiotics to support energy, focus and gut health through the day. Nightly is made with magnesium glycinate and Ayurvedic herbs and is designed to help you slow down, switch off and settle into a deeper night’s sleep.
Do I need both - and can I take them on the same day?
You don’t need both, but they work beautifully together. Each drink contains around 40% your RDI of magnesium per serve. Have Daily earlier in the day, then make Nightly part of your evening wind-down. Or simply choose the one that best matches what you need most.
Can I use the drinks with topical magnesium?
Absolutely - in fact, some of our most popular pairings are a Wellness Drink with a topical magnesium product. Think of the drink as your daily baseline, then use a lotion, spray, gel or bath flakes to top up with targeted support throughout the day as you need it.
How and when should I drink them?
We love Daily as part of our early morning routine as it can have a similar digestive effect to coffee. You can mix it with water, juice or add it into your smoothie.
Nightly is best around 30-60 minutes before bed and can be enjoyed warm or cold with water or your favourite milk.
Can the whole family use it?
We don’t recommend either Wellness Drink for children under 14, or during pregnancy or breastfeeding. If you’re unsure whether they’re right for you, check with your healthcare professional first.
